Hexagonal-Shaped Spin Crossover Nanoparticles Studied by Ising-Like Model Solved by Local Mean Field Approximation

چکیده

The properties of spin crossover (SCO) nanoparticles were studied for five 2D hexagonal lattice structures increasing sizes embedded in a matrix, thus affecting the thermal SCO region. These effects modeled using Ising-like model framework local mean field approximation (LMFA). systematic combined effect different types couplings, consisting (i) bulk short- and long-range interactions (ii) edge corner at surface mediated by matrix environment, investigated parameter values typical complexes. Gradual two three hysteretic transition curves from LS to HS states obtained. results interpreted terms competition between structure-dependent order disorder temperatures (TO.D.) internal coupling origin ligand field-dependent equilibrium (Teq) external origin.
